The aim of the association is to promote the vocational education and employment, mainly of women and girls and an activ and imaginative support of a network of job, family, social activity and free time. For this various events, consulting and information services are organized. For the promotion of language and professional integration federal projects like "Strong at work" or "Perspective Workshop" are offered for migrants.
